6880 Financial Drive is a state of the art facility, consisting of two, 9 storey office towers with mechanical penthouses joined by a 2 storey Link. The building is designed to meet the needs of a class A office tower. This facility supports over 6,000 people and houses several call centres for The Royal Bank including their world wide insurance services. As a result this facility operates on a 24/7 basis.

To service the requirements of The Royal Bank the facility has 6 megawatts of generating capacity including the technical capability for full electrical synchronization with the utility grid to provide seamless transfers back onto the grid. Twin 750 kilowatt UPS systems ensure continuous electrical services for all designated computer systems and many other specialized equipment.

Within the facility there is a modern conference centre and a food court with seating for 700 persons, including a Tim Horton’s and Starbucks. There is on-site parking for 4,300 vehicles supporting the multiple employee shifts working at this facility.

The facility is well supported by public transit with services from both Mississauga and Brampton Transit and Go Transit, both heavily utilized by the tenants. Located north of the 401 and south of the 407, in close proximity to hotel and retail outlets and 15 minutes from the Toronto Pearson International Airport.
