This project was designed by Northern Front Studio as a design/build development with NGC Builders Ltd. for Yukon Housing Corporation. Located adjacent to Shipyards Park, this four-storey wood frame building is comprised of 48 suites designed to accommodate a higher level of mobility and support for aging in place. Of those, 10 suites are fully wheelchair accessible. Amenities within the building include common meeting spaces, secure storage, and common access roof decks.

Gabled roofing, deck guardrail treatment, and canopies help reduce the building's visual scale making it feel less institutional, and more relatable to a detached house. This helps give the building's occupants a sense of home.
